What sets us apart….
If you're like a lot guys in their mid-thirties to 50's you've probably tried
a hundred different fad diets and random workout programs. Maybe you've tried
going Keto and giving up carbs or beer or your favorite foods for a time
just to rebound harder. Or maybe you've tried nothing at all, you've
lost hope and feel it's all a big waste of time, not worth the effort.
I get it. It is hard these days to know what to do when we're bombarded
constantly with "do this", "no , do that" , "try the vinegar diet" my friend
just lost 10 lbs on it, "eat this" ,"don't eat that! " "No pain, no gain" , "Test
your mettle with the Spartan workout", add 2 inches to your biceps in a
week with the Green beret burpee extreme challenge" , boost your T
with blah , blah, blah…You get where I'm going…
It's all meant to breed confusion, and the marketing companies do a great
job doing exactly that. Keeping you confused so you try all the new things
convinced that the next one will be the answer to all your questions but it
never is. It's deceptive , it's often dishonest and it's wrong and the reason
so many get led down paths going no where.
There is hope however, there are universal Truths. Principles that when
followed through on can lead you to where you want and deserve to be.
